Description Indications Baclofen is indicated for symptomatic relief of severe chronic spasticity associated with a variety of conditions. Dosage and Administration Administer with or after food or milk. The initial dose is 5mg three times daily for 3 days, increased to 10mg three times daily for 3 days, then in similar increments and intervals until either a dose of 20mg three times daily is reached or until desired therapeutic effect is obtained. Contraindications Hypersensitivity to baclofen, or any component of the formulation. Refer to manufacturer labeling for further detail. Common side-effects Confusion; Dizziness; Sedation; Asthenia; Nausea; Vomiting Precaution May cause weakness, light-headedness or sleepiness. Do not drive or operate machinery, if affected.
