Dosage & Administration Adult: 15mL (1 tablespoonful) 7-12 years: 10mL (2 teaspoonful) 1-6 years: 5mL (1 teaspoonful) Infant: 2.5mL (½ teaspoonful) To be taken orally, 3- 4 times daily, or as prescribed by the physician.
