Meat is lighter in color and ensures tenderness. AGED; this means the beef has been stored for a specific period (3 to 4 weeks) at temperatures of 1 to 2 °C. This process naturally tenderizes the meat, enhances the beef’s natural juices, provides a richer, stronger flavor profile. Ageing beef, especially steak cuts for grilling/BBQ, is essential to enhance tenderness and ensure consistent quality. GF (Grain Fed); cattle are finished on a grain diet, resulting in better marbling and juicier beef. LIP-ON; cut from the rib section of young steer cattle (2–3 years old), the Ribeye Lip On includes the natural fat cap or “lip,” which adds extra juiciness and rich beef flavor during cooking. Cooking Ideas Grilled Steak; Season with salt, black pepper, and a touch of garlic powder. Grill over high heat 2–3 minutes per side (medium-rare).Rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve with chimichurri or herb butter. Pan-Seared Steak; Heat cast-iron pan until smoking hot.
